Shabbat Moroccan fish dishđđśď¸đ§đĽđ
Super easy and so delicious. Wether youâre Moroccan or not, this fish dish has become a staple for Shabbat dinners. Itâs the one dish everyone waits to eat all week long !!
I used frozen double peeled fava beans, however you can use garbanzo beans as well or no beans at all. I used salmon skinless fish fillets, you can use whatever fish you like. The recipe for the Preserved lemons are on my page in a reel however you can use fresh lemon juice instead đ
Ingredients:
â˘1/3 cup grape seed oil (can use olive oil too)
â˘2 heaping tbsp. of paprika
â˘2 red peppers sliced into strips
â˘2 jalapeĂąos sliced into strips with seeds (can remove seeds if you donât like it too spicy)
â˘handful of peeled whole garlic cloves the more the better
â˘2 carrots cut into strips of 2 inches
â˘3 grated soft tomatoes
â˘1/2 bunch of freshly chopped cilantro plus more for garnishing
â˘1/3 cup preserved lemons or 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
