NORWICH, CT (WFSB) - People who were stuck inside a flooded Domino’s along the Yantic River were pulled to safety by emergency crews on Wednesday morning. When the flooding started around 6 am, Keith was helping Domino’s owner, Mark. “Mark being the landlord, he’s somebody that you really want to help him out if he asks you to because, at the same time, he’d help you,” Santos said. While they were inside, water levels rose so much they couldn’t get out.
