If you're at the top of the mountain, keep being great and don't forget to push those around you even higher. If you're in the middle of the climb, keep posting your work and don't compare your elevation to anyone but yourself. If you're standing at the bottom thinking about the climb, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is now. Not starting is not acceptable. If you do nothing, nothing happens. Ask for help. Do research. Put the time and work in. Be patient. It won't happen overnight. But it also won't happen if you always push to tomorrow.
