This next series of photos I took at the #lightitup tour workshop is from the saintstephensathleticboosters competitive weight lifting team. I’m not sure if we have that specific team here in Southeastern Pennsylvania, but these poses and setups could inspire photos for wrestling, track (with the medals) or with any team that spends part of their practice or training in the gym. One of the biggest challenges with the photo with the bigger weights was to make sure the athletes didn’t hold the pose longer than they felt comfortable. The pose, fog, hitting the trigger all had to be done just at the right time to avoid overtaxing the athlete. And my remote that triggered the lights kept coming loose and causing the lights not to fire, which was frustrating (and looking at these photos I can remember how frustrated I was at the moment - thankfully doesn’t show!).
