HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY SHAKE π₯€π
This is one of my favorite snacks to make between meals when I want something light but high in protein! Itβs so sweet and delicious just like a strawberry milkshake, but with 45g of protein π
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup water or milk of choice
- 1 serving (2 scoops) promix Madagascar vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 serving (1 scoop) promix French vanilla collagen peptides
- Optional: a few drops of vanilla monkfruit or honey to sweeten to taste
How to:
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Enjoy! π
