#AlGordon4M, we recognize Al Gordon's incredible lifetime of movement.
πββοΈ Born in 1901, was a standout track runner at Harvard University.
πββοΈ He joined a Wall Street firm in 1925. He regularly walked seven miles each way to and from work, as well as to and from airports for business trips.
πββοΈ Ran his first marathon at age 80. π€―
πββοΈ Worked full time until age 86 and transitioned to four days a week until age 104. π€―
πββοΈ Walked regularly until 105.
