I'm nailing my sleep lately πͺπ. Good sleep = good recovery.
I've run everyday for 209 days. Most days 13.1 miles but also have done a few marathons, 50ks and 100ks in between that. How? By having a really good recovery routine and sleep plays a huge part.
My tips for getting a good night's rest:
1. Ditch the alcohol and replace it with a cup of Rooibos tea
2. Read a book before bedtime, helps you relax
3. No screentime at least an hour before bed
4. Black out curtains. I sleep so much better in a dark room.
