Al Gordon ran for life, literally. 🥳 He began running in the 1920s at Harvard University. Ran his first marathon at age 80. Walked up to 4 times a week until age 105! He embodied the NYRR mission and we continue to be inspired by Al's lifelong running journey. For anyone out there thinking about taking their first step, know it's never too early OR too late to begin your journey.
