How we model our speed sessions •Plyos— on max velocity day we’re looking for quick ground contacts and as much height as possible •Technical Work— should mimic the qualities you want to see translate into their sprints (fast ground contacts and upright, frontside posture) •SPRINT— through lasers. Always always always keep track of athletes’ sprint times throughout a training period.
