HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY GRANOLA 🫐✨ by sauceyrosie
Who knew making home made granola was this EASY. I tend to steer away from store bought granola bc of the extra added fluff. When you make it yourself, not only is it better for you but it tastes better. Feel free to add in whatever nuts, fruits, spices you’d like & lmk if you try!
From the market:
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
1.5 cups dried blueberries
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
+In a small bowl, add the coconut oil and microwave for 45 seconds or until fully melted. Once the oil has melted, whisk in 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
+In a large bowl, add the oats, walnuts, coconut shreds, and blueberries. Pour the vanilla/coconut oil into the granola mix and combine well.
+On a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out the granola evenly.
