Judy’s Deviled Eggs 🤬
- water in a pot with onion salt (or regular salt idc it’s all I had right now)
- once water is boiling add eggs for ten minutes or so ish idk prob depend on the type of egg used.
- in a separate bowl add bacon bits, some red onion, and mix in a full avocado with a lil pepper
- when eggs are done change to cold water with ice to chill for a few
- slice the hard boiled eggs and eat a majority of the yolk because why not (I like the yolk with a little Dijon mustard) then add like three or so of the yolk to the avocado bacon red onion mix.
- fill the eggs up with the mix.
- add some of the cholula green pepper sauce to the top and omg, so good.
