Hereās some of my favvv go to snacks while still hitting our protein goal:
- Egg whites: perf to add into oats, scrambles, etc.
- Yogurt: you could even add protein powder for extraaaa but even by itself itās so good
- Jerky: this is perf for a grab & go snack
- nocow protein bars: perfect for a mid day @ work snack! I always keep one in my purse, car, and gym bag
- String cheese: these arenāt only for kids!!
- Waffles: honestly waffles for a post dinner snack um YES
- Greek yogurt bars: ice cream but ~healthierrr~
