I recently came down with yet another flare of #ulcerativecolitis . There’s nothing more disappointing than knowing there’s no medication that will get rid of it forever. I’m entirely blessed that this is nothing worse because it could be so much worse. However, this disease literally sucks every bit of energy out of you and makes you feel so helpless and disappointed. That’s what happens when you literally can’t eat without having chronic pain, so you get scared to eat knowing it’ll lead to pain and blood loss. (Its gross but it’s the reality of this condition.. it sucks, it hurts, and it’s super fucking real) I hope y’all stay healthy.
