Seeking help is vulnerable, but by being vulnerable we grow and become stronger. Therefore asking for help is not a sign of weakness but rather a strength. ⠀

Sure sometimes it is good to be independent and try to push through, but if you feel help is right for you and what is needed, especially when it comes to your mental health, absolutely reach out. ⠀
