Now continue to breathe in deep and exhale. Put one hand on your heart and one on your abdomen. Feel your breath fill up your lungs and then empty your lungs.⠀

Now focus on your thoughts as you breathe. 💭⠀

Breathe in positivity and exhale negativity.⠀
Breathe in happiness and exhale sadness.⠀
Breathe in love and exhale hate.⠀
Breathe in open-mindedness and exhale biases.⠀
Breathe in joy and exhale stress. ⠀
Breathe in faith and exhale insecurities.⠀
Breathe in opportunities and good things. Exhale pessimism and bad things.⠀
Breathe in positive feelings and exhale negative feelings.⠀

Continue to breathe in all the good and exhale all the bad. Notice how you feel when you practice this. Notice how breath-work can help to ease your mind in the present. ⠀
