Serves 4 – 6 Cooking and prep time 45 minutes . . Ingredients: *500g pumpkin *1 tbsp olive oil *1 small onion, very finely chopped *2 bay leaves *2 cloves garlic, crushed *3 sage leaves very finely chopped *ΒΌ nutmeg, finely grated *salt and pepper *25g pumpkin seeds . . Method: Preheat your oven to 200/180 degree fan. .
