🥗🍜 Bún Thịt Nướng (Vietnamese Grilled Pork & Rice Noodles)⠀

Slice 2 lbs pork shoulder & marinate tightly in ziploc with 2 tbsp minced garlic, 5 tbsp fish sauce, 4 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp minced shallots, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, 3 tbsp oil. ⠀

Soak 1 package rice vermicelli noodles in hot water 10 mins; drain. ⠀
⠀
Prepare sauce: 6 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice. ⠀

Grill pork. Top noodles with pork, mint, crushed peanuts, fresh veggies, and sauce to taste.⠀
