A message for our children, particularly our teenagers.
Social media can be a good place but it also has its darker side, something that is obviously at the forefront of our minds right now with the sad loss of Caroline Flack.
So how do we teach our teens about the good stuff that can be gained by social and how to not be drawn in by the bad stuff? The so-called perfection they see from others online is not something they need to aspire to.
