And let’s face it, any cocktail that helps use up pumpkin leftovers and maple syrup is an automatic vote winner.

→ Ingredients
Ice cubes
25ml Absolut Elyx vodka
25ml pumpkin puree
15ml lime juice
10ml maple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
50ml ginger beer
Garnish: 1 lime wheel, a few dry pumpkin seeds
→ How to make it
1. Add the vodka, pumpkin puree, lime juice, maple syrup and bitters into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake hard and strain over more ice cubes in a mule mug.
3. Add the ginger beer and stir to mix.
4. Top with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with the lime wheel and some pumpkin seeds before serving.
