Since supporting NSPCC_official and Childline_official over the last 4 years I have seen things get better when it comes to talking about our mental health but there is still lots of work to be done. I really want to urge anyone who follows me who might be going through a struggle to seek support and talk about how they’re feeling, not just today but any day. #WMHD
