He is a Florida-licensed professional engineer with 30 years of experience in real estate acquisition, design, entitlement and development. Prior to joining BTI Partners, Kevin began his career as a consulting civil engineer on a variety of project types that includes residential, resort/hotel, shopping district, and municipal park. Later he worked for David Weekley Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes responsible for land acquisition and development in Central and Southwest Florida.
