Last year I plein air painted for the first time, and today I got to do it again with some new found friends from the local art community. All of the ladies are super loose with their mediums, and so today they taught me the art and beauty of using only a palette knife for painting. I really love seeing things put together IMMEDIATELY so I like striding towards details being put in ASAP. That being said, this style was very different for me. The group of ladies are so sweet, so wise, and honestly just so lovely.
