MMA veteran Phil Baroni arrested for the murder of his girlfriend in Mexico. Originally reported by Tribuna De La Bahia, Baroni had been under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Baroni had told the police that he and his girlfriend had gotten into an argument in their hotel room and he shoved her into the bathroom and she hit her head on the shower. He then proceeded to help her up and put her on the hotel room bed where he said he removed her clothes to put a bedsheet on top of her. He told police his girlfriend asked him to go get her a cigarette and a beer and this is when Baroni says he came back to the room and she had no vitals. Full investigation is now underway.
