Spring has sprung and I’m ready for all things hosting. These deviled eggs are are great for brunch, Easter, or your next potluck. PLUS they’re spiked with pickle juice 😏 Are you a deviled egg fan? Y/N
Ingredients
8 eggs happyeggcousa
5 tbsp mayo sirkensingtons
2 tsp pickle juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 celery stalk sliced
Smoked paprika
Directions
-Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, submerge the eggs and let simmer for 8 minutes.
-Once the eggs are cooked, transfer them to a bowl of ice water using a slotted spoon. Let them cool for 5 minutes. -Once cooled, gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell and then peel
-Carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Pop out the cooked yolks into a separate bowl, and place the egg whites on a serving platter.
-Mash the egg yolks with a fork until they are finely crumbled. Add the mayonnaise, dijon, salt, and garlic powder to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy....
