INGREDIENTS:
½ tsp oil
1 medium onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 pack Beyond Steak
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp rosemary
½ tsp thyme
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp worcesteshire sauce
1½ cups Frozen mixed veggies
½ cup vegetable broth
1 14 oz box refrigerated/frozen pie crust
1 3½ oz box instant mashed potatoes
½ cup plant milk
2 tbsp plant-based butter
Fresh parsley to garnish
Gravy of choice to serve with
PREPARATION:
1. In a pan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in ½ tsp oil. Add Beyond Steak and cook for 3 minutes, seasoning with italian seasoning, rosemary, and thyme.
2. Add in tomato paste, flour, worcesteshire sauce, and mixed veggies. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
