This afternoon in Geneva, over 1,100 watch aficionados from across 70 countries packed into our saleroom at the mo_geneva for our Important Watches auction, competing for some of the rarest and finest timepieces on offer. Led by auctioneer Sam Hines (watches79), the sale totalled over CHF 9 million, with the star of the sale – the #PatekPhilippe reference 2497 - soaring to CHF 980,000.
