#ad It’s national cocktail day so we’re getting creative with this one! I partnered with Cheez-It to bring this ✨ perfectly acceptable ✨ cocktail to life 🧀
CHEEZ-IT MARTINI –
• 2½ oz Cheez-It infused vodka
• ¾ Black peppercorn infused dry vermouth (something baseline would be perfect, like Dolin!)
• ½ oz olive brine
• Garnish: grated Cheez-It rim (crushed and sifted), a single olive stuffed with Cheez-It/gorgonzola mixture
Prepare a Nick & Nora cocktail glass by brushing a bit of simple syrup on one side of the glass and sifting crushed Cheez-It crackers onto the side.
Use the remainder of the crushed Cheez-It crackers to make a cheesy mixture to stuff your olives with: add a bit of gorgonzola and the Cheez-It vodka to make a smooth and creamy texture.
To build the cocktail, add the Cheez-It vodka, black peppercorn dry vermouth, and olive brine into a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into your prepared cocktail glass and garnish with the olive.
