Ingredients:
3 bunches (about 2 ¼ lbs.) asparagus, ends trimmed
1 jar (6.35 oz) Wegmans Hollandaise Sauce, warmed per pkg directions
Directions:
Add asparagus to stockpot of boiling, salted water; blanch 2-3 min. Remove with tongs. Drain well. Transfer asparagus to serving platter. Top with warmed sauce.
