Spice up your Easter dinner this year with this fiery pasta dish. It's flavour-packed and sure to impress !🌶️
Ingredients:
1 box Barilla Al Bronzo Linguine
1½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp red pepper flakes, divided
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup white wine
¼ cup parsley, sliced
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to blend.
2. Add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat, then add the shrimp.
3. Cook on both sides until done.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and place in a bowl.
4. Add garlic and remaining red pepper to the skillet and cook until fragrant. This takes about 30 seconds.
5. Add wine, reduce by half.
6. Add tomatoes, season then bring to a simmer.
7. Serve and enjoy!
