Al Bronzo Fusilloni lovers are in for a treat with this pear and gorgonzola recipe. Who are you calling over to share this with? Ingredients: Serves 4 · 400g Barilla Al Bronzo fusilli · 2 chicory · 2 pears · 80 g gorgonzola cut into v small pieces · Juice of 1 orange · 1 lemon · 20 ml extra virgin olive oil · Salt, pepper to taste Method: 1. Slice the chicory and brown it in a pan with the oil for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add the orange juice, cook for about 3 minutes, then turn off and add salt. 3. Peel and cut the pears into cubes and sprinkle them with lemon juice. 4. Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water, drain when al dente and toss in the pan for a few minutes together with the chicory, adding the gorgonzola cut into very small pieces and the diced pear. #ASignOfLove #Barilla #Recipe #Pasta #ComfortFood #AlBronzo #Pear #Gorgonzola
