LEG DRIVE CUE.
Leg drive can be a very tricky skill to master, the timing, set up, intention, etc. It definitely takes time and a lot of practice
I like to use this “ball kick” drill for my clients that struggle with the intent of leg drive. We want to be using leg drive to push ourselves back towards are head, not up off the bench.
