Training is not a chore, it’s not ‘required’. We GET to do this.
Find the joy in your training and keep showing up for it.
I failed this set, but damn was it fun to put some weight on the bar again. I went into this set just telling myself to enjoy it, do what you can. “Stop getting caught up in can’t.”
