First training session post meet. I’ve been training for meets consecutively for almost a year. Now I’ll be going into a GPP/ hypertrophy phase 😅 . Took it supaaa light since I haven’t done these movements since last May. . SSB w/ 210lbs 3x6 beltless SSB Good mornings w/ 90lbs Sled push down& back w 1 min rest, 50kg/110 lbs.
