We’re excited to share the development of the new uwmedicine Medical Office Building at the wearevalley campus in Renton, WA. The new 5-story addition has two floors dedicated to cancer care, offering patients a new treatment location outside the city of Seattle. Our team completed the Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture for the new 168,635-square foot addition to the campus. The development included ADA improvements along the frontage of the campus and significant stormwater design with two on-site detention vaults. The new Medical Office also features some unique aspects including an underground tunnel that connects to the adjacent building and a sky bridge between the building and the parking garage. #ProjectSpotlight #CancerCare #ALevelAbove Architect: nbbjdesign
