Fitness makes me feel strong and unstoppable. It gives me energy and puts me in a better mood 100% of the time. It gives me confidence and makes me feel like I can do anything.
I see the term “self love” used in many ways on this platform.
To me, self love means treating your mind and body right, and doing things that are going to aid in positive effects on both.
Consistently feeding my body nutrient packed foods and being active makes both my mind and body feel AMAZING.
The mental benefits you get from fitness are just as impactful as the physical benefits.
