😋Perfect #homemade hummus? Yes, please! #recipesharing 👩‍🍳 “I made this 3 days before a diner party and it was perfect on day three. It was served with grilled carrots, cucumbers and toasts brushed with rosemary infused oil. Was a hit!” -from our #veganchef and CEO christine_zeeta INGREDIENTS 2- 3oz Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Salt 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped 3-4 Tbsp. Tahini 15 oz. Chick Peas 1 Tbsp.Olive Oil 0.50 tsp. Paprika 0.25 tsp Smoked Paprika Water PROCESS 1. Mix Lemon Juice, Salt, Garlic, Tahini in food processor or blender 2. Add chick peas, olive oil and blend till smooth 3. Add paprikas 4. Add water slowly till consistency you desire is achieved 5. Store in airtight, glass container.
