Work smarter...not harder. This shows importance of actually learning rather than just doing. You will be so much happier with your physical {and mental} changes if you understand what’s going on with your body. ——————————————- Going b🏀lls deep your first week of trying to lose/gain weight isn’t always the best or smartest thing to do. An hour of cardio a day and 1200 calories to start might work for a bit but its MUCH easier to burn out this way. What happens when you plateau? Are you gonna increase your cardio? Decrease your calories?? Both of those decisions might create too much stress on your body and is TOUGH. If you miss a day of cardio/training or if you go over on your calories, it’ll be so easy to get down on yourself. Negative thoughts -about not having will power, not being able to work hard enough or manage your time - will start to consume you.
