It’s the first day of Women’s History Month and to celebrate I’m sharing one of my go-to workouts I’ve been doing since high school (remember this one @coach_quig?) Save this reel and try it for your next speed day! After a proper warmup, do sets of… 2x 200 hard, 200 easy 400 hard, 400 easy Challenge: See if you can run the same pace on the 200s and 400s. It’s a balance of running hard but not sooo hard that you can’t hold it for a 400m. If you try it out I’d love to hear what you think!
