Capped the week off with the longest run I’ve done in months, 14.5 miles, which brought me up to 70 miles for the week (for the second week in a row). Building some good habits this fall as I get back into full training. It’s not too late to build good habits yourself! ICYMI, I have a sweet habit tracker tool I use to monitor how I’m doing with habits I want to work on that I know will bring me closer to my goals (and make me a better human).
