I love a fresh new month. And a fresh habit tracker page. This little tool has been so helpful for me to stay on track with my goals throughout each week and month. There’s little things I can do every day (like rehab exercises, hydration, and nutrition) that don’t make a huge difference if done once or twice, but are total game changers when done consistently. This happens to me all the time: I get some pain coming back in my cranky left foot then I look at my habit tracker and realize I haven’t done my rehab exercises in 3 days... 🤦🏼‍♀️ there’s my answer!
