๐๐๐ Thank you for sharing your stories with me, thank you for lifting me up and reminding me of my strength, thank you to everyone who took a minute to reach out after seeing my post about my latest injury. I knew I wasnโt the only one going through this right now, but itโs also good to hear directly from those who are in the trenches with me at this moment.
On top of all the amazing messages, something else magical happened. Last night I did a headspace meditation before bed and andypuddicombe was talking about a different way to frame the experience of stress. He pointed out how recognizing stress in other people can help us get out of our own stress and give us a sense of empathy and community.
In this moment none of us are alone in our feelings of sadness, fear, loneliness, or disappointment.
