Hi friends :) ————————————————————- I change my goal like every other day lmao but today I was feeling a little different. A goal that I’ve never really wanted before. This goal is a little hard for me to share but here we go! I’m changing up my workout routine - still to cut as I have been but with the intention to lose a little bit of muscle mass. I’ve never done this before but I wanna work on my endurance. I still want to keep a toned looks so this is my plan:
1️⃣Lift 3 days per week - I’m thinking 1 upper body, 1 lower body and 1 full body day
2️⃣ 2 Cardio days - I’m thinking about doing group fitness like cycling or Zumba or tabata. If I can’t make it to one, I’ll probably do LISS or HIIT on the stairs or treadmill.
3️⃣One active rest day to get outside and enjoy the weather and move 💃🏼
4️⃣One rest day to recover, depending on how my body feels, I might do 2 rest days instead of the active rest day. ———————————————————-
