A six-month-old platypus Percy ended up in a spot of misfortune when he washed up in a stormwater drain. It was suspected that heavy rains washed Percy far from home to Queensland Rail at Caboolture (train station). Percy was rescued and examined at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital where they checked for parasites and anaemia.
