These vanilla cardamom cupcakes I made for surlatable are filled with a few dollops of plum compote and topped with piped plum mascarpone buttercream! Then to finish, add a few slices of plum and a dash of sprinkles on top of your cupcakes before enjoying! This summer treat is made with surlatable’s silicone baking molds and silver classic muffin tin - a few essentials for making these homemade cupcakes!
