With back to school finally here, I think we all need a little help with the stress. Below are some tips to ease that transition. I know we talk a lot about eating right, staying hydrated, and exercising so this time, letās chat about other habitsā¦
1. š§ Take Mental Breaks - Whether youāre doing homework or helping with homework; for every hour of consistent work take at least a 15 minutes break (maybe take a walk or enjoy a cup of coffee/tea).
2. šļøVisualize Your Tasks - In the days where google calendars are where we are; sometimes writing out your tasks for the day/week and physically check them off throughout can help better ease stress.
3. š²Cut the Screen Time - Again, weāre in a digital age, but it is suggested to get less than two hours of screen time (outside of working hours) a day. Try placing a limit on your phone to remind you of the time that youāre spending on social media or other apps.
