Body Shaming Yeah we’re at that time and age that anxiety and depression can be caused by many different things. Social Media and other platforms create a template of how we should look, and it’ll cause a lot of negative outcomes if we don’t reach those goals, but honestly, that’s not true! The key thing is accepting who you are as a person. Physical and mentally, in and out. Use the phrase you should use by not judging others, like “don’t judge a book by its cover”. Use that for yourself. What you see in the mirror is reality, and honestly, it’s beautiful, no matter how it looks. It’s authentic to you. Be you. That doesn’t mean not working out, always strive to be a better version of yourself, but that’s up to you to decide. If you are truly happy in your shape now, stay that way. I did some bodybuilding before and I’ll admit, I was miserable, working out non-stop, eating nonstop, it wasn’t me. But in college I started swimming, biking, running, and I started to enjoy myself. ...
