You’ll Need:
Eggs, 6
Whole Milk, 1 cup
Hidden Valley Seasoning, 1.5 tbsp
Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Diced Ham, 1.5 cups
Bread, 6 slices cubed
🥚 Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x9-inch oven-proof glass casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
🥚 In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, ranch seasoning mix and mustard until well combined. Stir in the cheese, ham and bread, and mix well.
🥚 Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and spread out evenly. At this point, you can cover and hold in the fridge overnight, or bake immediately.
🥚 When ready to bake, place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until set and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
