Here are ✌️ important reasons you should try #screenfree meals. 1️⃣ Phones, tablets, TVs and other screens make it hard for us to tune into our body's natural hunger and fullness cues. 2️⃣ Screens are super stimulating for kids, taking the focus off mealtime. With so many distractions, kids may not pay any attention to their food. But that doesn't mean meals have to be boring. To keep meals fun and screen-free, you can: 👪 Talk about your day. What was the funniest thing that happened? What was something that made you smile? 📖 Tell a story. Ask a family member to kick off a story, then everyone adds a word until someone ends the tale by saying, "the end." 🤔 Tell 2 truths and a tale.
