Ingredients:
~ 2 Slices Keto Culture Baking White Bread
~ 4 oz Chicken thigh or breast
~ 1 Egg
~ 1 oz pork rind panko porkkinggood
~ 1tbsp mayonnaise kewpieusa
~ Salt
~ Katsu Sauce
Recipe:
1) Julienne 1/2 cup of cabbage and season it with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and salt to preference.
2) Make egg wash by whisking together 1 egg and 1 tsp sesame oil.
3) Dip 4 oz of filleted chicken thigh into your egg wash, then completely coat it in pork rind breadcrumbs.
4) Air fry your chicken thigh at 400F for 7 minutes, flip the chicken and air fry again at 400F for another 7 minutes.
5) Assemble your chicken katsu sando with your Keto Culture Baking White Bread, cabbage slaw, chicken katsu, and katsu sauce.
