Recipe:
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Handful shredded cheese
Broccoli Florets
Keto Culture Baking White Bread
Optional: Your favorite Keto friendly seasoning and caramelized onions
Method:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Bring a pot of water to boil with steamer inserted.
3. Whisk 1 egg and 1/4 cup of milk with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
5. Using a cookie cutter or small mason jar lid cut out slices of Keto Culture Baking White Bread.
6. Place bread slices into tin and shape into cups.
7. Pour egg mixture into cups and top with your favorite cheese.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
9. Steam an equal amount of broccoli with stems removed in pot until tender while the cups bake.
10. Let broccoli "trees" and quiches cool before topping the cups with the broccoli and serving.
